Melvinlabs · Updated May 2026

The short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you. I never sell your data or send you spam.

01

Who I am

Melvinlabs is a small studio. It's just me, building offers and funnels for content creators.

This page explains what I do with your data. I follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Questions? Email info@melvinlabs.com.

02

What I collect

Only what's needed to reply to you or do your project:

  • Your name, email and message from the contact form
  • Your Instagram handle, if you choose to share it
  • Your IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security

I don't handle your payment details directly. Payments go through separate processors with their own policies.

03

How I use it

Your data is used to reply to you, check if we're a good fit, deliver your project, and meet legal duties. That's it.

In plain English: I use your info to talk to you and do the work. Nothing else.

04

What I never do

  • Sell, rent or trade your data
  • Send you marketing you didn't ask for
  • Share it with anyone who doesn't need it
05

Third parties

Two services help run this site:

  • Formspree handles the contact form and emails it to me
  • Google Fonts loads the site fonts and may log your IP

Each has its own privacy policy, which I'd recommend reading.

06

How long I keep it

  • Contact form messages: up to 12 months
  • Client project files: up to 3 years after the project ends
  • You can ask me to delete your data at any time
07

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can see, correct, or delete your data, and object to how it's used.

To use any right: email info@melvinlabs.com with the subject "Data Request". I reply within 30 days.

08

Security

I keep your data locked down and limit who can see it. No internet transfer is ever 100% secure, but I take protecting it seriously.
